From the very first phone Conversation even before getting to the centre we were made to feel very welcome and reassured by the friendly voice on the other end of the phone . Once we arrived again we were welcome and made to feel at ease, and this continued during our test drive of the vehicle.Needless to say we ended up purchasing the vehicle which may I add was settled at an extremely great price After further negotiation we got an even bigger discount than the original poster price . Amazing value for money !!! All the paperwork including the tax was completed By the sales assistant before we left,.extremely efficiently and if anything did not feel like a sales transaction but friendly banter and discussion throughout the process. We not only walked away with an immaculate vehicle , A three month warranty As well as an amazing offer on an extended warranty from this prestigious Merc dealership to boot. Both a new car from them. Only 30.000 miles on the clock, after a 2 days of driving notice and oil leak from the engine, to be more exact Rocker Cover gasket. I have notified them and the woranty company that they gave me with the purchase of the car. Bottom line warranty won't cover the damage for no practical reason which I will take them to Court. Strongly do not recommend baying cars from this dealer hi possibility of getting a damaged vehicle.

Peter is a very helpful and interesting man. We arranged to view the VW Caddy on route from Eastbourne to Scotland. After test driving I agreed to buy it and all paper work etc was carried out. On our way home the following week I collected the Caddy. On my test drive I never put my foot down hard as drove around in a built up area and max speed limit was 40mph. Sadly, I found that when in sport (auto gear box) the van would not change gear. I took the van to my local garage to check it out who confirmed a gear box fault. I contacted Peter who told me not to worry and would speak to the gearbox company he had used. I took the van to a gearbox specialist near me and found that mechatronic value was at fault. It turned out that the wrong program had been installed (petrol put on a diesel). This was changed at no cost to me and now the vehicle runs like a dream. It was a pain and did make me panic but as Peter said, he would get it resolved and we did.
